You do have options!

WW is not the only online dieting site out there- although some differ from the points system, here are some more sites to help a diet get going.

 http://www.caloriecontrol.org/index.html

This site is the closest to WW that i have seen yet. Instead of using Points however they focus on calories and have Calorie calculators. Just like WW it has a section for recipies and tips. However this site is all about the indivdual, which means no community. Some people never even use the community on WW so it wouldn't be a huge loss if they switched to this site.

This site is all community less help and tips. It's not so much a program, so if that is somethingthat stears you away from WW this could be a solution. Altough the site is health based the discusions vary.

This site is more litterature based. It focuses on being healthy in every aspect- that means mental health as well. This Site does have bulletion board for talking and support. There are book ideas for diet books, and personal stories. It is a nice site to motivate and get people to want to start dieting or perhaps to stick with it. no payment is

Some people shy away from WW due to the cost; Although Online can be less expensive than paying week by week going to meetings. Of course any Google diet search will give endless results of dieting ideas. Some may have comminutes and some may not. WW give you options. Just because the community is there doesn’t mean a user has to use it. It is merely an option.
