Overview

Applied Pedagogies: Strategies for Online Writing Instruction, edited by Daniel Ruefman and Abigail G. Scheg, aims to provide readers with the pragmatic instructional tactics composition instructors can use in online courses. In its 11 chapters, this text shares examples of pedagogical practices used by successful writing instructors in digital contexts as well as assesses the future of online teaching.

The pages throughout this review are divided between the sections of the text. In each of these sections, I will provide brief summaries of some (if not all) of the chapters in a section and provide the names of all of the chapters.
