Conclusions
54% of respondents said they were comfortable assigning multimodal projects, and 42% of respondents said they were only sometimes comfortable assigning multimodal projects in their composition classrooms. 4% of respondents stated that they did not feel comfortable assigning multimodal projects. As advocates of multimodal assignments in the composition classroom, we feel encouraged that more than half (54%) of the respondents feel theoretically and pedagogically prepared to assign these kinds of projects; however, it remains significant that the other half (46%) could not say with ease that assigning multimodal projects happens in their classrooms without some hesitation.
