Conclusions

15% of respondents said that concerns about assessment prevent them from assigning more multimodal projects in their composition classroom.  Overall, this may be a small percentage of instructors, yet it is still a significant number.  Since we believe that multimodal assignments are important for students, it is worrying that some instructors are deciding againsts these kinds of assignments simply because of assessment concerns.
